We are very excited to share with you the final result of the Windfall Creek Estate home project! This was a large and intricate Estate home with almost every detail being a custom request to fit our client’s personal style for the home. It turned out beautiful and we hope you think so too.
Our clients were looking for a more modern style home with the main feature being function (with a few luxuries of course…). The main staircase is modern, beautiful and yet still safe for the family’s children. The slider to the back porch opens extra wide to allow for easy entertaining and more outdoor living. The motorized, retractable screens on the back porch completely enclose the porch space, so summer nights will be bug free but can be open during the day for a crystal clear view of the large wooded backyard. With a family of 5 and extended family residing as well, a big kitchen with chef level appliances and two kitchen sinks was a must. Their are also multiple living areas for the adults and kids to work, play and do their virtual school work without getting crowded.
