The City of Raleigh Estate project is complete and we are excited for our clients to move in and start enjoying their new home.
This home is more traditional than some of the projects that we have been working on lately, but it is not without it’s unique custom features. Right as you walk in the door you are greeted with a sophisticated study with pocket doors, built-in bookcases, fireplace and hidden closet all done in stained wood. The downstairs owner’s bath continues the rustic wood theme with wood-look tile on the floor and the floor of the shower with rustic wood vanities.
A spacious dining room, laundry, butler’s pantry with wine fridge, eat-in kitchen, and beautiful living room with more built-in bookcases over-looking the wooded backyard complete the downstairs. Two exits to the garage, one from the laundry and one from the kitchen provide easy access for grocery and dirty clothes drop-off in separate spaces.
We can’t wait to see how this home looks in the coming months as our clients decorate and make it their own. See more about this build project on our City of Raleigh Estate page.
