Oceans Oaks Renovation

Located in Emerald Isle, NC, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath single family home was in need of cosmetic and energy efficiency updates. 

As part of this first major renovation, a brand new HVAC system was installed along with new energy efficient appliances.  The outdoor shower was completely renovated with new plumbing, fixtures, Trex decking for the floor and vinyl fencing for the shower enclosure.  The front porch received new screens and new paint and new stair step lights were added to the back porch stairs. The whole exterior got a fresh new color and finally, a mailbox was installed now that the home would be a full time residence.

Inside, the kitchen was completely redone with a new cabinet color and hardware,  full counter-to-ceiling backsplash, countertops, open shelving and new appliances.  All of the flooring was replaced upstairs and down with waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. New wall, trim and door paint brightens up the interior, along with a white painted wood accent wall in the dining area.  The bathrooms also received new paint and updated fixtures.

The homeowners have plans to renovate the exterior landscaping in the near future as well!
