The Lake Gaston Estate I is now out of the design phase and the lot started clearing this week in preparation for foundation work very soon. Take a look at the final elevations below:
This will be a challenging build given Covid, supply chain issues and a location further from our usual vendors, but we are excited to get started and navigate the challenges as they come. Look at that beautiful view!
With each new area that we build we learn about the communities, the local government and how to navigate all of the issues specific to building in that area. It is a great way to meet new people and expand your knowledge. In addition, for our clients, building a custom home in a new area is often the best way to meet your neighbors and start participating in your new community.
