Progress continues at the Orange Grove Farmhouse! The sealed foundation (also known as a sealed crawl space) is now complete and the brick work around the foundation has also finished. We are ready to begin framing. Framing of the floor system should start soon. Stay tuned for framing pics once it gets underway and starts looking like a house!
We also started drilling for the well last week, which is always a fascinating process. Every well is different given the vastly different soil conditions around the Triangle area. Fingers crossed for continued good weather for a few more weeks. The cold will be here soon enough.
