We’ve officially broken ground at the Orange Grove Farmhouse in Chapel Hill. Our team has been busy getting this lot cleared and the footings dug over the last few weeks despite the rain. This week the footings were poured to kick off construction of this 7 acre Estate.
Next up for this build will be a round of inspections before starting on the foundation and sealed crawl space and then bringing temporary power to the build site. We are enjoying this nice fall weather and we hope to make some great strides forward with all of our current builds under construction before the cold arrives.
